Wondering if GoPlushie delivers to your neck of the woods? We ship to most regions! Head over here for more details. However, keep in mind that some countries are temporarily unavailable due to shipping regulations. You can find a list of exceptions in our Shipping Policy.

Taxing Times?

Orders shipped to the UK and EU will be subject to VAT, while those heading to the US might incur city or state-specific taxes. Additionally, some countries outside the US may charge customs fees upon delivery. GoPlushie is not responsible for these extra charges.

When Will My Order Arrive?

The wait for your awesome GoPlushie collectible typically takes 15-25 business days, depending on your location. If there is a delay on your order, we will notify you!

Packing Party (or Maybe Not)

Orders with multiple items might be shipped in separate packages. Want everything rolled into one big box? Reach out to our Support Team at support@goplushie.com and we'll try our best to accommodate your request!

P.O. Box Deliveries? A-OK!

We deliver to P.O. boxes, but please make sure you provide as much detailed address information as possible to avoid any delivery hiccups.

Returns and Refunds

Thinking about a refund? We can help if your pre-ordered item hasn't shipped yet. Simply contact support@goplushie.com for assistance with your order. All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges.

Discount Code Dilemmas

Discount codes are your friends! But remember, you can only apply one code per order. Enter your code during checkout after adding your item to the cart. Unfortunately, codes can't be applied retroactively.

The GoPlushie store operates in US Dollars (USD) or your local currency (subject to availability).

Oops! Wrong Address Alert!

Made a mistake with your shipping address? Don't worry, we might be able to help! As long as your order hasn't shipped (meaning a shipping label hasn't been created), email support@goplushie.com with your Order ID, Name, and the New Address. We'll do our best to update it, but can't guarantee success.

Change of Plans After Shipping?

Once your order has shipped, we can't edit the shipping address. If you need to redirect the package, you'll need to contact your local courier once they receive it.
